重庆三九火锅底料厂系重庆底料生产的龙头企业之一。主要以生产“周君记”牌重庆火锅底料系列，麻辣香水鱼底料系列，药膳滋补炖汤料系列以及无渣速溶火锅底料系列产品为主。产品遍布全国各大城市及乡村，在全国直接销售网络有20多个，还在北京、天津、西安、兰州、郑州、成都等商业高度发达的中心城市设立了办事处。产品已打入加拿大、台湾、东西亚等地，得到社会各界人士的赞誉。
